Porter Airlines has announced the launch of its non-stop service connecting Ottawa International Airport (YOW) with Edmonton International Airport (YEG). This new addition to Porter's route network will commence with a daily roundtrip flight, utilizing the 132-seat Embraer E195-E2 aircraft.

Porter Airlines has launched its non-stop service connecting Ottawa International Airport (YOW) with Edmonton International Airport (YEG). This new addition to Porter's route network will commence with a daily roundtrip flight, utilizing the 132-seat Embraer E195-E2 aircraft. Notably, the aircraft features a two-by-two seating configuration, ensuring passengers won't have to contend with middle seats.
The new Edmonton-Ottawa route provides passengers various connection options to the East Coast via Ottawa, including destinations like Newark and Boston. Additionally, Porter continues to operate multiple daily non-stop flights between Edmonton and Toronto-Pearson.
