JetBlue Launches Daily Nonstop Service from Boston to Amsterdam

JetBlue has announced the commencement of its daily nonstop service between Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS), further expanding its Amsterdam service, which was initiated from New York’s JFK Airport on August 29.

JetBlue Launches Daily Nonstop Service from Boston to Amsterdam

JetBlue has announced the commencement of its daily nonstop service between Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS), further expanding its Amsterdam service, which was initiated from New York’s JFK Airport on August 29. This development is part of JetBlue's strategic expansion in Europe, with plans to introduce the Paris service in 2024.

New Route Details

The new route operates daily with the following schedule:

  • Boston to Amsterdam (Flight #31): Departure at 10:13 p.m., Arrival at 9:35 a.m. (+1 day)
  • Amsterdam to Boston (Flight #32): Departure at 11:35 a.m., Arrival at 2:00 p.m.

The flights will be facilitated by JetBlue’s Airbus A321 Long Range (LR) aircraft, featuring 24 redesigned Mint Suite® seats and 114 core seats, complemented by the spacious Airspace cabin interior. The plane promises to disrupt the market with JetBlue’s award-winning service and competitive fares.

Celebratory Fares

To mark the launch, JetBlue is offering limited roundtrip fares starting at $499 for core and $2,199 for the Mint experience for U.S.-originating travelers. Netherlands-based customers can avail of introductory roundtrip fares starting at €399 ($433) for core and €1,599 ($1712) for Mint. These special fares are available on the JetBlue website and come with terms and conditions, including a requirement for roundtrip purchase and Saturday night stay, with a booking window until September 22 and a travel period from November 7, 2023, to February 14, 2024.

JetBlue’s service is bifurcated into the Mint premium experience and the core experience. The Mint experience, reimagined for transatlantic flying, offers 24 fully lie-flat private suites, including two Mint Studio® seats and a seat cushion developed by Tuft & Needle. The core experience, on the other hand, promises a boutique-style experience with 114 core seats, including 24 Even More® Space Seats and complimentary meals in collaboration with the New York-based restaurant group Dig.

Both Mint and core customers enjoy unlimited, free high-speed Wi-Fi and a curated selection of live TV channels and seatback entertainment, promising a multi-screen experience onboard.
