KLM Clinches APEX World Class Award for the Third Consecutive Year

KLM announced on September 21, 2023, that it has again proven its commitment to excellence in the aviation industry by securing the APEX World Class Award for the third year. This esteemed accolade, presented by the International Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), recognizes airlines for their outstanding performance in safety, customer well-being, and sustainability.

The APEX World Class Award is determined based on global audits and consumer reviews. To be considered for this award, airlines must consistently receive a minimum of five-star reviews. KLM's dedication to providing top-tier service, exceptional guest experiences and its focus on safety and sustainability, both on the ground and in-flight, played a pivotal role in this achievement. In addition to the World Class Award, KLM received Best-in-Class recognition for its sustainability efforts.
