Bertrand Grabowski Joins Ryanair Holdings plc's Board as Non-Executive Director

Ryanair Holdings plc has announced the appointment of Mr. Bertrand Grabowski as a non-executive director, effective from 1st October 2023. In addition to his role on the board, Grabowski will also be joining Ryanair's Audit Committee.

With nearly four decades of experience in aviation and transport finance, Grabowski brings a wealth of knowledge to the Ryanair board. He has previously served as an Executive Board Member of DVB Bank SE and held senior roles at esteemed financial institutions such as Citibank, Credit Agricole Indosuez, and Banque Indosuez. Currently, he operates as an independent aviation consultant. Furthermore, Grabowski holds a non-executive director position at Jazeera Airways, a company publicly listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange.
