Air Canada has announced the winners of the 2023 Canada's Best New Restaurants Top 10, with Toronto's Kappo Sato taking the prestigious first place. This year's list, which features the most exciting culinary talent and showcases the country's vibrant food scene, was revealed in the November issue of Air Canada enRoute magazine and on CanadasBestNewRestaurants.com.

A Gastronomic Journey Across Canada: The Top 10 list is the result of a month-long, secret culinary journey across Canada by food critic and author Amy Rosen. More than 30 restaurants were visited by Rosen, who dined anonymously to ensure an unbiased experience. The selection process celebrates 22 years of the program, making it the longest-running and most respected Canadian restaurant ranking.
