WestJet has announced the reintroduction of its transborder service between Victoria and Las Vegas, marking the airline's first such connection from the island since 2017. WestJet's Executive Vice-President and Chief Commercial Officer John Weatherill, commented on the new addition to the airline's winter schedule. He stated, "WestJet is proud to bolster Victoria's transborder connectivity to Las Vegas. As we aim to offer Canadians more affordable and convenient options to escape the winter chill, Victoria remains a pivotal part of our Western Canada expansion strategy."
