United Unveils Its Largest United Club at Denver International Airport Amid Expansion in China Routes

United Airlines has taken significant strides in expanding its global network, announcing the resumption of daily flights between San Francisco and Beijing in November and introducing daily flights from San Francisco to Shanghai starting October 1, 2023. This move comes as a part of the agreement between the U.S. and Chinese governments to enhance flight connectivity between the two countries.

Denver International Airport Welcomes the Largest United Club

In a parallel development, United has inaugurated its largest United Club at Denver International Airport, spanning 35,000 square feet in the B Concourse. This club, characterized by a modern design, features a bar offering a seasonal rotation of premium local and craft beers, reflecting Denver's vibrant beer culture. Following the opening of a 24,000-square-foot United Club in the A Concourse last month, this new addition marks the second in a series of club openings planned in Denver.

The B Concourse Club, near gate B44, spans three levels, offering over 600 seats and introducing travelers to a unique beer-tasting experience. The club showcases a rich collection of locally sourced furnishings and artwork, including a vibrant blue mural by Charlo Garcia Walterbach and a sculpture inspired by the cones of the Colorado Blue Spruce crafted by Will Schlough.

A Concourse Club: A Nod to Colorado's Scenic Beauty

The A Concourse Club near gate A26 transports travelers to the heart of Colorado's outdoors with its ski lodge aesthetic, featuring fireplace lounges and decor inspired by the state's natural landscapes. The club offers 400 seats across two levels, with amenities including a game lounge and a range of artwork from local artists, such as a topographic-inspired installation by Amy Hoagland and a mural by Adam Vicarel.

Enhanced Amenities and Future Plans

Both clubs are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, self-scan entry gates, agent-on-demand kiosks, and wellness rooms, offering travelers a seamless and comfortable experience. The culinary offerings at the clubs include local delights such as Colorado honey-paired oatmeal and Denver omelet-inspired egg frittata.

United has earmarked nearly $1 billion for customer experience enhancements in Denver, including adding 12 new gates by mid-2024, taking its total gate count to 90, the highest at Denver International Airport.
