In response to the growing demand for travel to Canada, KLM has increased its seating capacity by over 20% compared to the previous winter. This enhancement is expected to cater to the rising number of travelers seeking to explore Canadian destinations during the colder months.
Furthermore, KLM has confirmed that direct flights to Beijing and Shanghai will resume daily during winter, offering passengers consistent connectivity to these significant Asian hubs.
In terms of onboard experience, KLM continues to prioritize passenger comfort. All Boeing 787-9 and 787-10 aircraft in the fleet have been equipped with Premium Comfort, the airline's latest intermediate class offering. This winter will also witness the completion of the reconfiguration of the B777-300 fleet, which will now feature the new World Business Class seats and Premium Comfort Class. Following this, the reconfiguration process will commence for the B777-200 fleet, ensuring a uniform and enhanced travel experience across the board.
It's worth noting that the number of destinations served during the winter season is typically slightly lower than in the summer due to variations in seasonal demand. However, KLM's extensive network ensures that passengers have a plethora of travel options to choose from, regardless of the season.
With its rich history and commitment to excellence, KLM Royal Dutch Airlinescontinues to be a leading player in the aviation industry, offering passengers top-tier services and a vast network of destinations.
