The award, presented on November 22, 2023, acknowledges employers who have shown exceptional commitment to reconciliation with Indigenous peoples.

Jazz's recognition stems from its comprehensive approach to Indigenous reconciliation, which includes initiatives like the Diversity Blueprint.
